DREAM DESIGN STUDIO provides website design, landing page development, and related digital services as agreed upon before project commencement.

3. Project Process

Our standard workflow is as follows:

  1. Package selection

  2. Initial design draft

  3. Design confirmation

  4. Deposit payment

  5. Development / production

  6. Final review & approval

  7. Website deployment

  8. Final payment

4. Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before any development work begins.

  • The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or website deployment.

  • All payments made are non-transferable.

5. Refund Policy

  • Deposit is strictly non-refundable once work has commenced.

  • No refunds will be provided after design approval has been given.

6. Revisions

  • Reasonable revisions are included as agreed.

  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content (text, images, etc.) in a timely manner

  • Respond promptly during the project process

  • Ensure all provided materials do not infringe any copyrights

8. Project Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Late content submission

  • Delayed feedback or approvals

9. Intellectual Property

  • Final design will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

  • We reserve the right to showcase completed work for portfolio purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or business interruption resulting from the use of our services.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
